Breakfast meeting at Il Solito Posto …… this one was off menu and created especially for my breakfast companion (roma tomatoes split and pan fried for just long enough to make the juices run, some buffalo mozzarella (I don’t know who their supplier is but this website looked good), olive oil, basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar).
